Connor Oak
Connor is a Co-Founder and Partner of Crane Capital Management, where he advises a select
group of clients on holistic financial planning and family office services, in addition to
overseeing the firm’s strategic direction.
Prior to Crane Capital Management, Connor served as a Wealth Advisor at a $6 billion firm,
working with affluent families, corporate executives, and high-net-worth individuals across all
aspects of financial planning. He began his career in Investment Banking at Craig-Hallum Capital
Group, focusing on public and private capital raises as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Connor earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Management with a concentration in
Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College. During his time there, he was a member
of the Men’s Basketball Team, the Gustavus Investment Club, and the Gustie Entrepreneurship
Cup.
He resides in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis with his wife, Taylor. Outside of
work, Connor is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys time on the lake, at his family’s farm,
and all things food and wine.
